The "Canadian National Bacon Championships" Saturday June 14th at the Q'ing for Life BBQ Competition

Bourbon & BBQ with Jim Beam ambassador Matt Jones who will introduce the fine spirits that is Bourbon. To enhance this evening will be Pitmaster Jules Mailloux paring up six different Bourbon inspired dishes.

Candied Bacon and bourbon Ice Cream
